Bookings are for a minimum of three nights, with discounts automatically applied for extra nights. Two night stays can sometimes be accommodated at an extra charge of €45 per night – please email with two night stay requests. The maximum occupancy is two adults – sorry, no infants, children or pets. A €300 deposit is required on booking, with the balance due 30 days before check-in. For bookings made within four weeks of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. The cancellation policy is the same as AirBnB. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in, 50% refund for cancellations between 7 and 30 days before check-in and no refund for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in. Guests will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, so long as the cancellation is at least 7 days before check-in.
